You will be responsible for managing product control across in Rates and maintaining and improving the control environment. This is an end to end PL reporting, analysis, product review, valuation testing and financial balance sheet substantiation role. You will also drive implementation of strategic projects, such as key risk management and PL system and reporting enhancements.
You are degree qualified with at least 5 - 8 years’ relevant product control experience, including good exposure to Treasury Rates. You possess strong analytical and problem solving skills and thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment. Commerciality, drive, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills will be imperative.
