AVP/VP – Real Estate Fund Accounting recruitment
The position is responsible for managing all areas of Accounting and Finance related matters for several funds.
Job Description
- Oversee monthly accounting closing under IFRS
- Responsible of monthly cash flow budgeting of the Fund
- Manage external outsourced vendors for accounting related matters
- Handle annual statutory audit matters for the Funds and separate accounts
- Liaise with tax providers to provide annual tax returns to IRAS
- Assist in system implementation/conversion projects
Job Requirements
- Qualified accountant
- Relevant experience in funds management within the real estate private equity environment, preferably with minimum five years relevant experience
- Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
- Big 4 auditors specialising in real estate private equity sector are welcome to apply
- Strong business acumen – commercial thinker
