This is an excellent opportunity within a leading Global Corporate Bank which is expanding in the APAC Region. They are seeking a talented leader who is client focused to support their growth strategy and meet their clients growing demands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a Client Services team in Hong Kong and China and ensure client requirements are fully met for services. You will have the opportunity to manage key regional client relationships to ensure expectations are exceeded and manage client retention. In addition to BAU, you would participate in new product implementation and any Client related projects.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- 6+ years Corporate Banking experience
- Excellent knowledge of trade products and all-round experience in trade operations
- Extensive Management experience, including performance reviews, retention and development
- Highly motivated and able to lead successfully
- Strong Client mindset and able to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and team player
- University Degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential
