Position Description:
Coordinate sales appointments, make presentations and complete all necessary paperwork on successful sales. All paperwork must be forwarded to the OSJ within 24 hours of the sale
Initiate paperwork involvoing cancellations, surrenders, and/or partial withdrwals
Maintain effective relationships with all financial institution branch personnel in assigned market, holding meetings, answering questions and if necessary get involved in keeping branch personnel involved and/or trained
Activity production goals will be established and monitored; The Investment Executive is expected to achieve a minimum of 15 face to face interviews per week
The Investment Executive should continually make efforts to identify outside sources of funds for the prospects interviewed, and utilize the information to enhance the percentage of “new money sales”
Comply with all of the rules, regulations and policies of MidFirst Investment services, MidFirst Bank, PrimeVest Financial Services, all State and Federal securities regulators and self regulatory organizations
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good Presentation skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal skills
PC skills, to include word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation/graphics software
FINRA Series 7 and FINRA Series 66 or Series 63/65 plus state Life, Health and Accident insurance licenses
Ability to demonstrate averaged $200,000+ in GDC for previous 3+ years
Must have an existing book of business
