B.A Risk Aggregation for a trading platform provider recruitment
Roles / Responsibilities:
The role will entail the requirements definition of projects within the risk aggregation and reporting space from inception through to implementation, working with client business leads and our project and technical teams.
The ideal candidate will be capable of writing detailed business, functional and implementation specifications based on client and roadmap requirements.
The BA will report directly to the Product Management team, and liaise with the development team to ensure detailed requirements are fully understood and implemented.
Projects will include business projects and programs combining bespoke software development and product implementations.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent client-facing and communication skills (both written and verbal), coupled with a strong technical background with understanding of the financial aggregation space.
Essential Skills:
- 3-5+ years of business analysis experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the financial sector
- Good understanding of risk management and risk based PL attribution and/or pricing, trade execution and settlement across a number of asset classes
- Excellent client facing inter-personal skills
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Solid analytical skills with an ability to think through problems
- 2:1 or better in Computer Studies, Engineering, Maths or Science discipline
- Experience of data modelling and manipulation using Java, SQL, VBA or equivalent tools
Additional Skills:
- Team leadership or project management experience
