I am working alongside one of our key client to fill the position of Sales Manager for their Manufacturing division.
The Company
My clients works within the deck machinery and winching equipment sector supplying clients in the oil and gas industry. Providing four different service styles including Manufacturing, Hire Personnel, Hire Equipment and Training Services they offer a conception to completion approach for all of their equipment. With excellent recent success in the North Sea and having recently relocated to new state of the art premises their company is in a period of growth and expansion.
The Role
As the Manufacturing Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing new revenue and retaining existing clients. This will be done by managing the sales engineers and driving targets to increase on current market share. You will have responsibility for the business units profit related targets and report progress to the Global Sales Manager.
To be considered for this role you will have excellent experience and a proven record in sales success.
Experience in deck machinery and winching equipment sales would be a benefit
Experience of sales into the Oil and Gas industry is essential
Basic Salary £45000-£60,000
