B2B Collections Supervisor Job in Tampa, Florida Us
Collection Supervisor must have experience with business to business collections. Must have the ability to effectively manage, develop, motivate, and evaluate a team of credit and collection personnel.
Duties will include:
Compilation of reporting for senior management focusing on Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), accounts receivable aging and bad debt reserve.
Development of policies, procedures and goals governing the credit and collection programs.
Evaluate new Customers using DB and other related processes.
Continuously evaluate all credit review and collections processes.
Manage all dealings with third party collections agencies.
Minimize bad debt write-offs and maximize cash receipts while being sensitive to internal and external customers.
Requirements:
High proficiency in Excel 2007; this includes working with complicated/embedded functions and pivot tables.
Associates degree or minimum of five years of collection expereince.
Supervisory experience.
