This is a highly strategic commercial leadership role requiring a high level of inspiration, drive and genuine passion for B2B marketing. He/She will work closely with the Marketing Director to identify and manage key marketing initiatives to develop a strategic B2B Marketing Plan.

We are looking for a candidate with:
- A proven ability to define, manage, execute, analyze and oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional activities, quantifying the marketing return on investment (MROI).
- An outstanding communicator, creative thinker, with an international outlook and experience in marketing, Internet or consulting, and a strong understanding of the online advertising space and/or web publishing space.
- Capacity to drive revenue to our B2B products, increase market awareness and enhance our market leadership position.
- Strong presentations skills, being able to learn quickly about new products and staying up-to-date on the latest industry developments.
- Ability to proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all departments, interacting and cooperating with all company employees, specially Product Development and Sales colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute an effective strategic B2B marketing plan.
- Define and achieve B2B objectives. Overseeing the development and implementation of the B2B marketing strategy to achieve overarching business objectives. Apply rigorous tracking and analysis to determine the success of the actions.
- Develop and execute of marketing strategies for existing products.
- Responsible for devising and implementing strategies to drive our new products. Create and execute successful launch plans.
- Define and ensure effective management of the B2B marketing budget.
- Plan Softonic event strategy (Define a calendar of professional events and trade shows).
- Plan implement B2B advertising campaigns (Devise effective and results-focused MKT campaigns. Define the annual campaign planning).
- Identify and develop innovative and effective marketing strategies to drive large agreements and the commercial value of our products.
- Maximize B2B sales. Identify new opportunities in the market to improve trading performance.
- Create unique and creative sales tools and marketing collateral, including PowerPoint presentations, sales sheets, videos and other collateral that will promote advertising opportunities.
- Increase lead generation through the pages of promotional and informational. Look for and implement new sales channels. Find innovative ways to engage senior decision makers.
- Segment relevant customers and define personalized action plans. Ensure these customers are receiving excellent support and guidance
- Participating in the coordination and management of relevant external relationships
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate in Marketing, BA, advertising or related field.
- 3/4 years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing/marketing management.
- Extensive experience developing, maintaining and delivering marketing strategies.
- Technology/software industry experience: knowledgeable and interested in the online advertising (key advertisers, agencies, SEM agencies, google adwords¿)
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills in an international team.
- A results-oriented professional that can lead others and develop and utilize efficient processes, capabilities and tools to optimize lead generation and sales.
- Able to spot and understand business opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, judgment and ability to handle stress situations.
