Job Title: Outbound Telesales Coordinator

Salary: £16,000 plus bonus structure

The Company
This well established organisation compromises of 8 separate companies based all across the UK, specialising in print solutions for businesses both high profile and local. The company aims to produce efficient, bespoke digital technology and printed documents for their customers, with a friendly and personal approach.

The Vacancy
After outsourcing their telemarketing for some time, this expanding business are now seeking to add to their office team with 2 outstanding individuals who can provide business development to their Sales team, reporting to the Sales Director. With this being an incredible new opportunity within this highly reputable local business, the potential to further expand the division in time is very possible if great success is attained with the possibility of progression into a supervisory or account management role as the organisation prefers to promote internally.

As a suitable candidate, you will hold the following experience:
* Confidence with outbound calls to business clients
* Office / telemarketing / call centre / business development experience essential
* Negotiation skills to arrange business meetings for the Account Management Team
* Proven success in meeting and exceeding targets/KPI's
* IT proficiency with internal database systems and Microsoft Office applications

* High level of communication skills both over the telephone and through email correspondence

The hours for this exciting opportunity are Monday - Friday on a 40 hour contract.
