B2B Sales / Business Development Manager.  This is an excellent position for experienced B2B Sales / Business Development Manager to work in Central London for an organisation specialising in delivering relocation services on a global, national and regional basis to the corporate market.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
In the role of B2B Sales / Business Development Manager you will have responsibility for the overall development of sales for the UK and assisting in Group sales development on mainland Europe as required.  The role involves dealing with all aspects pertaining to generating sales relocations and moving services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* New business development – prospecting for new clients, building and maintaining client relationships and developing a significant pipeline of leads, generated through cold calling.
* Working in tandem with other Group offices on relocation and moving activity sales
* Identify new opportunities for additional revenue growth from existing customers
* Develop key high level contacts with accounts to maximize business opportunities and ensure longevity of the business
* Maintain, develop and retain selected existing corporate relationships
* Taking the lead to deliver high level corporate client presentations
* Ensure good customer relations and identify client needs
* Maximise all cross sell opportunities and selling of company services
* Setting department sales targets and budgets and ensure these are met
* Maintain, develop and update sales database and ensure correct use
* Overseeing and managing the London Sales team
* To report on sales activities and relevant market information to Senior Management

SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Corporate business-to-business sales experience
* Self-starter mentality
* Highly commercial with an eye for opportunity and profit
* Exceptional interpersonal, relationship management and presentation skills;
* Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong IT and sales presentation skills
* Strong management skills and experience of effectively managing a small sales team to deliver its targets
* Ability to represent the company at a senior level with key customers
* Experience in winning and securing corporate account business
* Identifying multinational target accounts in relocation and moving service markets and setting conversion goals
* Proven record of identifying and closing major sales opportunities
* Highly self motivated, extremely ambitious, with an appetite for working in an entrepreneurial environment.

The role of B2B Sales / Business Development Manager is located in Central London and the salary is £50,000 pa plus Commission.
