We are looking for talented, motivated and driven individuals to join our client’s successful
Business Development team.
Our client is a leading UK services provider offering a service to businesses that can help with employment law cases. The company doesn't just strive to do things quickly and efficiently, they aim to show every Business that they care.
As an appointment setter you’ll need natural charm, rapport building ability and outstanding communication skills. You will be a highly valued member of the Business Development Team - without you setting appointments, new business cannot be won!Speaking to decision makers you’ll need to be confident in your communication skills as well as your product knowledge. Full training is provided on the service and you will be given the data and tools to set these appointments.
·Recognise and identify opportunity for new business from a qualified database
·Work with a small number of field based consultants to target geographical areas
·Contact SME's and fact find in order to identify ‘decision makers’
·Liaise with decision makers to develop interest in employee benefit schemes
·Identify which prospects have most potential to develop into new business
·Generate and pipeline new business appointments for field sales representatives
·Develop relationships in the SME and large corporate market
·Work with own initiative and minimal support and take responsibility
·Achieve monthly appointment setting targets through tenacity and self motivation
