B2B Sales Manager

Our client, an IT Software Company who specialise in selling e-learning Business Management packages into both the B2B and B2C market, are looking to recruit an experienced B2B Sales candidate to join their growing team. Based close to Canary Wharf, the company is hugely successful in Russia (500+ employees) and has recently opened up a London office to capitalise on their growing popularity. To highlight the success of the Company and the quality of the product in Russia, current/previous clients include KPMG, PWC, Unilever, Nestle and Proctor and Gamble. 

An integral role within the company, you will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calls to decision-makers, booking meetings for the Partners of the company to close in person. The company has a sophisticated database with a host of client information/leads to work through, and it is expected that you will make in excess of 60 daily outbound calls a day in order to identify decision makers and introduce the company's product to the market. The natural sales cycle will require you to book meetings with said decision-makers and the close, on average, comes 2-4 weeks after that meeting. Expected targets are to book 5 meetings per week and, on average, the Partners of the Company tend to convert 1 in 6 meetings into sales.

Due to the quality of the product, software packages range from £20,000 to £500,000 and you are paid 10% commission on the sales closed from the meetings you book, so there is huge scope to earn serious amounts of money in commission, which is uncapped.
