ProStaMobile Solutions, LLC is a member of the Northstar family of companies who has been working with Sprint Nextel since 1997. We are expanding our Southern California business- to-business sales team.
Summary of Position:
The Corporate Account Representative is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maintaining assigned accounts within specific territories in CA for Sprint Nextel products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Discovering new business possibilities working with business clientele to provide Sprint Nextel business solutions.
· Managing and growing relationships with existing accounts as assigned
· Responsible for tracking customer and location information, forecasts and reports.
· Responsible for the development and execution of competitive sales and marketing strategies designed to secure maximum market potential and customer satisfaction within the assigned territory.
· Interfacing with Sprint team members for ongoing sales training, business goals and objectives exclusively for the B2B program.
· Ensure total compliance with all company and Sprint processes and procedures.
Desired Skills Qualifications
· Must be a self-starter;
· Must be able to show a demonstrated sales record (2+ years) at a high level of achievement
· Proven superior customer service skills
· Strong follow through with potential and closed clientele
· Proficient in Microsoft applications
· Experience in successfully using a CRM (salesforce.com)
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience).
· Ability to self-motivate and multi-task working independently or within a team environment.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
