The position is with a mobile phone business who are a leading Vodafone Platinum Partner and who have been awarded Vodafone One Net Partner of the year.

 

You must be customer focused, a self starter and highly motivated with a hunger for success. We are seeking target driven achievers with a proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

 

The role is telephone based seeking out new business opportunities, generating sales, seeking referrals and providing exceptional customer service. Excellent communication and sales skills are essential.

SALARY BENEFITS: 

 

·         You will be rewarded with a very realistic target and an excellent uncapped commission scheme – OTE £36,000+ in year 1 (70% of the workforce are currently achieve these excellent earnings and more!)

REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:

 

·         Ideally, you must have experience in a direct sales, outbound telesales or B2B sales role

·         Must be experienced and capable of generating sales through B2B leads

·         Experience in a mobile/telecoms role is a huge advantage

·         Must be dynamic and hungry for success with excellent negotiation and closing skills

·         Good time management and workload prioritization

·         Excellent communication and people skills

·         Good planning and organizational skills

·         Ability to work under pressure

·         Problem solver and analytical skills

·         Gain a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·         Outbound telesales to prospective businesses and generating own leads

·         Generating sales to new and existing customers

·         Develop own strategy around developing a pipeline and closing new business

·         Gain referrals

·         Keep updated about the telecommunications market and it’s products and offers

·         Achieve targets for new connections and revenue

·         Provide exceptional customer service and support at all times
