Back-end Developer (Java || .Net)
Hey! We’re looking for a great Back-end Developer (JAVA/.NET) who is a top programmer and gets shit done with quality. This is a position of enormous importance for Mobizy, because you'll be the key technical responsible for the back-end core engines and components of the Mobizy platform.
Regarding experience, you can have just finished your course or have less than 5 years of experience. Obviously these limits are not sacred: if you're good, just talk with us.
Cutting a long story short, we’re in the 'mobile for business’ business. We’ll tell you all the details later, if you get to talk with us.
YOU WILL:
- Build great stuff and be responsible for one of the most important part of Mobizy: the core back-end engines and components
- Participate in Mobizy requirements definition, planning and execution of the development process
- Translate Business Requirements into Technical Specifications
- Design elegant and integrated technical solutions, and implement them in a timely fashion with quality
- Progressively gain autonomy in your tasks, eventually leading other team members
Main requirements
- Know your way (really well) around Object-Oriented programming (specially using JAVA and/or .NET), data modelling integration, architecture solutions design, reliability, performance scalability, etc, etc. You know the drill..
- Be a problem solver, with attention to details and oriented for results and closing tasks (for us 99% is 0%), i.e., get shit done!
- You must be the kind of people who thinks and designs before starting to hit the keyboard
- Be a witty fellow, with a sharp and plastic mind, able of abstract thinking and quickly adapting to new problems and contexts
- Be curious, proactive and ambitious, and able to make compromises and commitments while working as a team player
- Likes to systematize stuff, to avoid having extra repeated work (the kind of lazy we like)
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
Nice to have
- You being a really, really good programmer!
- Have serious experience in back-end development
- Knowing how to open a (beer) bottle with a lighter (major plus!)
