Job Description

Working within the internal core development team, the Back End Developer will support the development of content and product delivery through new developments, enhancements or integrations, specified through requirements and functional specifications for their customer payment platform.

Core responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Requirements Analysis and development of functional specifications
• Development of Technical Design and Specifications and Coding
• Implementation, QA/acceptance testing, configuration, integration
• Level 3 System Support

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you must demonstrate the following:

• Appropriate Tertiary and/or Industry Qualifications
• Superior Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Strong commercial experience in Back End Programming and Development
• Strong understanding of the SDLC
• Strong experience coding in .Net Technologies
• Experience with Java Ruby on Rails highly desirable
• Experience in Back End Development within the Media industry

Candidates that possess experience within external customer payment platforms/portal development will be highly advantageous, as is industry experience within the Media industry.
