Back Office Assistant recruitment

The position is to provide operational support to the Over The Counter markets Marexspectron are active in.

Duties

The duties for this position are as follows:

• Providing back office support to the broker community

• Deal entry into in-house systems

• Deal entry into external Clearing House systems

• Checking client commission rates on transactions

• General Customer support (via email and telephone)

• Daily reporting

• Reporting issues to the Back Office Manager

• Providing back office administration support under the guidance of the Back Office Manager

• Providing floating support in the absence of members of either the back office support team or the back office management team.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in providing support in a back office environment is desirable

• Ability to problem solve

• Excellent communication skills

• MS Office skills

• A meticulous eye for detail

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• The ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
