Alken Luxembourg S.à r.l. manages UCITS IV compliant investment fund products and is looking to appoint a:
Back Office / Operations Manager
Job description:
- You will review, maintain and develop Internal reports, procedures and operating memorandums;
- You will review, maintain and propose amendments to the contractual agreements with service providers;
- You will follow-up new and existing agreements with 3rd party distributors and you will conduct compliance checks and communications with them ;
- You will be in charge of 3rd party distributors fee calculation and payment under the supervision of a Senior Manager;
- You will be in charge of general back-office management duties such as corporate administration, corporate filing and meeting organization;
- You will support marketing functions (reporting, analysis, due diligence);
- You will prepare Senior Managers and Board of Directors meetings, take minutes and conduct follow up reporting;
- You will work in close cooperation with the Senior Management to who you will have a direct reporting line.
Profile:
- 5 year+ professional experience in the Luxembourg investment fund industry (all parts of the Industry: T/A, Custodian, Central Administration…)
- Autonomous and motivated mind with the ability to produce valuable reports, procedures and analyses
- Strong project management, organizational and administration skills
- Fluent in English (French and/or any other European language would be an asset)
- Good command of the Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in trailer/distribution fee management and legal documentation
