Bakery Production Supervisor- Fairfield, NJ

This position will require
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor hourly production associates
- Good working knowledge of bakery production equipment process controls
- Past experience training associates in safe work practices and following GMP's
- Ability to resolve problems and jump right in to help
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven customer service skills
- A min of 2 yrs in a Supervisory role and hands-on experience in a bakery environment.
- Some computer knowledge
- Willingness and ability to work on weekends, holidays and open to 1st or 2nd shift hours.
Other responsibilities include counting inventory, scheduling product and associates.
