Balance Sheet Transfer Pricing - Senior Management Analyst
Daily role and responsibilities:
• Develop, deliver and maintain Management Information on Balance sheet transfer pricing to support effective planning and decision making across business and senior management level
• Prepare daily, weekly quarterly transfer pricing results
• Execution delivery of financial analysis for Balance Sheet accounting, forecast and strategies
• Developing business/financial models to support decision making
• Implementation of changes to FSA Liquidity requirements
• Provide and explain business results identifying business drivers and variances.
• Explain key financial information to non-accountant stakeholders (front-office / middle office).
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies to enable the development and implementation of models and parameters to analyse and report the balance sheet and capital information, including linkage of business forecasts to funding, PL and liquidity transfer pricing implications.
Key skills required:
- Qualified accountant
- Banking experience
- Product knowledge covering Loans/Deposits, Repos, FX, Securities and Derivatives
- Previous Balance sheet reporting experience
- Good understanding of bank funding management of liquidity for banking businesses
- Previous experience of report production, analysis and provision of business commentary
- Strong spreadsheet skills (including VLookups, Pivot Tables, macros)
