Bancassurance and Product Development Manager, UAE recruitment
Reporting to the Head of Regional Retail Product Offerings, the successful candidate will be required to technically manage the banc-assurance business in terms of products, segmentation, underwriting, pricing and marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Propose the required products, reporting and product estimates.
• Segment the bank portfolio in line with the retail offering guidelines.
• Perform research and analysis to develop new competitive retail products.
• Enhance existing products to target prospective market share in Gulf countries.
Requirements:
• University degree in insurance, ideally with a professional Insurance certification such as CII, ACII, FCII or equivalent.
• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in a similar role in the insurance industry in the GCC.
• Excellent market knowledge and good leadership skills.
• Fluency in English as well as Arabic is a must.
