Bancassurance Manager recruitment
Responsibilities
- Implement and develop effective marketing strategies to facilitate business growth on bancassurance channels
- Explore new business opportunities; formulate account development plans and sales strategies for penetrating into the assigned market
- Build and maintain long term business relationship with customers and business partners
- Proactively drive sales via different customer campaigns, business events as well as provide sales support to bank’s staff to drive business
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in business or related disciplines
- With 6 years working experience in business development and channel management preferably in general insurance business
- Strategic, sales driven with excellent communication, management and customer interaction skills
