Other Responsibilities include:-
- Support the Relationship Managers and Personal Bankers in evaluating customers' needs and providing solutions in the areas of wealth protection and accumulation, retirement planning, estate preservation and endowment planning.
- Design and recommend strategies to meet the objectives of the customers.
- Work closely with the Relationship Managers and Personal Bankers to identify opportunities, coach them on insurance concepts and products, and meet their customers.
The ideal candidate would fit the following requirements:-
- Minimum Diploma qualifications (preferably in Finance/Business related disciplines) with CMFAS certifications.
- Familiar with financial planning concepts and an AFP/AFC or a CFP/ChFC certification would be preferred.
- At least 2 - 5 years sales experience in an insurance company or a financial institution.
- Possess proven sales record.
- Strong team player with good relationship management skills and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong desire to achieve and disciplined approach to sales.
