Derivatives DeltaOne Trading Asia includes the equity derivatives, cash trading, arbitrage trading and synthetics activities.
The Derivatives business operates a full service platform, originating equity-based financial solutions and products for wholesale and retail investors globally. Our derivatives portfolio includes OTC options, customised indices and baskets, warrants and structured products. The business has also built a solid reputation as one of Asia's premier warrants issuers and is a top-tier issuer of listed warrants in Hong Kong, Singapore and Korea, Asia's three largest warrant markets.
The Macquarie Securities Group Derivatives business has an opportunity for a Senior Salesperson to join the team in Bangkok.
You will be responsible for:
- Planning and executing the marketing strategy for warrants and structured products.
- Identifying and maintaining key client relationships.
- Daily outbound/inbound sales calls to clients.
- Organising and presenting to both investors and brokers.
- Maintaining the website and daily newsletter.
- Monitoring competitors' activity.
- Identifying opportunities for structured products (SPs) issuance.
- Facilitating pricing queries for SPs clients by liaising with Singapore sales teams.
- Liaising with advertising agencies.
- Communicating with traders/sales/management teams in Singapore.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Prior experience gained from equity markets, ideally in warrants or derivatives.
- Strong sales and marketing skills.
- Passion for equity market
- Good interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Strong public speaking skills
- Basic knowledge of options.
- Fluency in English and Thai essential.
