In light of significant movements effected by a recent round of internal promotion, several outstanding opportunities have become available for Branch Managers to oversee the successful running of key location branches within the Melbourne metropolitan area.
We are looking for people with a presence that can light up a room; experienced leaders by example that demonstrate a passion for retail management who understand that creating positive customer experiences is their number one priority.
It is essential that you are a people person, with a demonstrated capacity to network and engage the community, through local sporting groups, schools or charities, or via your existing professional business networks.
You will need to possess a sound level of commercial and financial acumen, with complete confidence in your abilities to interpret P L statements and balance sheets and make recommendations to senior management accordingly.
Ideally, you will possess significant experience in sales leadership, with a background and track record that reveals success in motivating and leading sales and customer service staff towards outperforming their targets. You will be someone who thrives under pressure and working within a competitive environment, but also someone who enjoys a healthy life/work balance and appreciates recognition for a job well done.
