Manager, Real Estate Lending Full-Time/Portsmouth
Responsible for the overall operation of the
Real Estate Lending Dept. Will manage a
staff of 17 to 21. Responsible for performing
all real estate loan origination, processing,
underwriting and servicing functions. Must
have complete working knowledge of the
secondary market and ability to oversee
national lending operations. Bachelors
degree in business administration or finance
required, as well as a minimum of 5 years
real estate lending management experience
to include in-depth knowledge of loan
origination, processing, underwriting and
servicing functions, product development,
portfolio management, business
development, OREO/collections/property
management, administration of loan
processing and servicing systems, current
knowledge of applicable regulations and
budget preparation. Proficient PC skills,
including Microsoft Office applications are
required with extensive experience in Excel
and report writing. (023)
Real Estate Loan Processor
Full-Time/Portsmouth
Responsible for the processing of real estate
loan applications, including preliminary
underwriting and preparation of closing
documents. Loan processing and closing
experience required. Proficient in MS Word
