90 Day contract to perm.
Min 5 years with online banking products.
Min 2 years in an external customer-facing position.
Banking product experience in Cash Management, ACH, wire, payment systems and file formats
Under direct supervision of a Professional Services Project Manager, the Business Banking Business Analyst performs analysis of client business requirements in comparison to the standard features and capabilities of the clients online banking software/platforms.
The Business Analyst identifies gaps and consults with the customer in providing solutions for gap items. In addition, the Business Analyst, working with the assigned Professional Services pursuit manager, assists in reviewing RFP requirements, identifying gaps, and preparing implementation estimates as part of implementation sales activities. Finally, the Business Analyst is responsible for refining and enhancing Professional Services collateral and tools related to the implementation of online banking software for our clients.

Six Sigma training/certification a plus
CTP or AAP certification a plus
