An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Coordinator to join our firm. Working within our Financial Service Operations team, you will be responsible for the account management and sales reporting on key banking capital markets and Insurance clients.
Your responsibilities as an Account Coordinator will include:
- Coordinating and assisting in preparation and actively participating in Account Team meetings with particular emphasis on account planning meetings. Facilitating meetings as appropriate
- In conjunction with the Client Service Partner and Account Director, owning the Account Plan and other planning materials, and ensuring they are regularly reviewed against established milestones and targets
- Understanding key client relationships including their strength and quality, the background of key individuals and frequency of interaction
- Maintaining and updating client relationship plan
- Reviewing Thought Leadership mailings, EY events and corporate entertainment opportunities, including determining clients to receive mailshots and invitations
- Owning the management of the sales pipeline for your account including capturing and monitoring all pursuits, sales and losses information from pursuit leaders.
Qualifications/skills you'll need as an Account Coordinator:
- A strong academic background, ideally a Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience, ideally
in a financial or professional services organisation
- Strong computer skills including basic business software (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Lotus Notes and Internet
- Ability to quickly and easily create/gather/manipulate/analyse data from a variety of sources
- Demonstrable ability to facilitate the identification and shaping of opportunities across Service Lines.
