Job Description:
- Accessing and processing information from internal databases
- Combination of data entry, clerical work, investigations, and balancing functions
- Preparing letters, updating client securities, and processing customer pay outs
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, faxing, and telephone contact
Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
- The employee will be required to complete a combination of tasks including: Funding, Discharge Typing, Pay Outs, Updating Securities, Reports, Follow up letters to Solicitors, Discharge Statements, Faxes, Package preparation, Web system updates and other duties as assigned.
Works in an administrative capacity completing a combination of data entry, clerical, investigations and balancing functions. Telephone contact is often required. Perform other duties as required. Must be available from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, previous banking experience would be an asset.
