Our Client a leading Global Banking Client Services and Transaction Processing Centre Of Excellence has requirements for experienced banking officials who are fluent in English, French or Spanish for it's busy Dublin office.
The roles will involve:-
- Ensuring a timely turnaround on client queries related to international payments.
- Addressing customer queries professionally.
- Risk Monitoring
- Offering innovative solutions to problems and resolving issues.
- Closely monitoring mailboxes, postal instructions, and SWIFT messages using internal systems.
Interested Candidates must have
- A min of 1 - 2 years banking / finance experience
- Client servicing Skills
- Flueny in English, ( French English) or ( Spanish English)
- Solid communication skills.
- Detail and efficiency oriented
- Good judgment and problem solving ability
- Ability to work to deadlines while under pressure
- Ability to deliver a high quality of customer service
- Team player with a positive, flexible and adaptable attitude
- Previous experience of International Payments SWIFT would be highly desirable
