Banking Collections Executive
Our client a high profile bank located in Dublin City Centre is seeking a QFA qualified individual to join their collections team and manage loan accounts that are in arrears, with the objective of maintaining good loan portfolio quality and minimising credit losses whilst recognising the rights and interests of the Borrower.
The Challenge:
- Make a minimum of 25 outbound calls per day where necessary and comply with the KBC policy in relation to outbound and incoming calls.
- Provide a high quality professional service to internal and external client by providing prompt responses and first time resolution of queries
- Investigate and resolve queries on client accounts
- Provide ongoing support to team members and Management
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have;
- QFA qualification
- Relevant business degree
- 2+ years experience in a similar financial services position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The Compensation
The remuneration will be in line with market rate
