Banking Conflicts Manager
A global banking institution, with an outstanding reputation, is seeking to hire an experienced compliance professional or lawyer to join its specialist team managing complex commercial conflicts of interest.
Joining this specialist team, you will work closely with senior management across a variety of business areas such as legal and compliance, to identify, analyse and manage potential conflicts of interest that arise with particular transactions or other business activity.
Candidates must have an established background in managing commercial conflicts of interest, either from a financial services background, or from a private practice law firm, and the candidate will ideally be legally qualified or have had legal training.
