Banking Coordinator
Fixed term contract - 11 months
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 + benefits including: Company Profit Share, Pension, Sharesave
We are currently seeking a Banking Coordinator to join our in house banking team on a fixed term contract. As a Banking Coordinator you will ensure that BQ's financial systems are accurately updated with all transactions processed through the bank accounts. You will also post bank statement information from banking systems toSAPFinance viaSAPBatch Input sessions for various operating companies.
About the role
The main responsibilities of the role include;
- Managing open items in control accounts
- Resolving queries with regards to Credit Cards and Cash
- Processing failed credit card transactions
- Preparing of bank account reconciliations
- Providing support to store's cash offices as required
- Ad hoc query resolution and analysis as required
- Processing payment runs
- Assisting Banking Manager with reporting of cash flow analysis
- Supporting the banking team on adhoc basis
About you
The successful candidate is likely to be/demonstrate;
- Experience with banking systems, ideallySAPhowever not essential
- MS Excel experience
- Analytical/Attention to detail
- Account management/reconciliation experience
- Strong communication skills
