RESPONSIBILITIES: Leads the business routines, program planning, program execution, project execution, and business reporting of the initiatives across the Individual Business. Near Term Goals and Objectives Develop the overall framework and management routines in partnership with leaders across the Individual Business to define and manage the execution portfolio across the business Connect the execution and change portfolio and develop/integrate capacity and impact management processes that allow the business to accurately plan rollout, learning, and adoption plans with front-line business partners and users Liaise with partners across the enterprise to connect existing programs and projects that impact the Individual Business Develop, maintain, and implement practical tools and sustainable processes that accelerate our ability to drive business results and increase transparency of execution for our senior and executive leadership Longer Term Goals and Objectives Serve as a trusted partner to business executives and teams across the Individual business to develop and implement world-class Assist business leaders in defining and implementing the complete set of projects and programs required to achieve the long-term goals of the Individual Business across a variety of functions including process reengineering, technology, risk, operations, and the business Identify industry best practices and continually improve the business execution process and streamline processes and reporting requirements to drive successful results
