A leading Banking client now requires a Banking Programme Manager, to work for the Head Of Development, embedding organisational change and structure into the business. The Banking Programme Manager will look at people and processes, and grow a development capability. The role holder for this position will validate the processes and control within the organisation, driving change at every opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

-STRONG FINANCIAL SERVICES
-Understanding of business analysis methodologies, management and leadership at a senior level
-Excellent organisational and time management skills Knowledge:
-Experience: Project/Business Change professional with demonstrable experience in high volume change environments, supporting projects and programmes
-Strong leadership, time management and problem solving skills
-Excel in ideas generation, evaluation and prioritisation; customer and partner engagement; cross functional technical programme management
-Excellent people management skills - able to recruit, develop, motivate, coach and mentor the team
-Outstanding communicator, able to influence at all levels Outstanding influencing presence at Leadership Team Level.
