Banking Service & Operations Manager
My Edinburgh based retail banking client are currently seeking an experienced Manager to work within their business Banking hub.
With a background in either operations, business or service management, this job will involve day to day management across a support function in the centre. You will be involved in a multitude of areas across MI presentation, performance management, risk framework management and service delivery.
This job will involve a wide variety of responsibility and you will work with a range of internal stakeholders to ensure that the daily running of the centre is in line with achieving set operational outputs. You will work alongside senior managers and report to the head of function, whilst liaising with other important areas of the bank such as Risk and Compliance.
This is permanent role that offers a generous salary, car allowance and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to work in a rapidly expanding area.
