Banking Services Specialist Job in Mckinney, Texas Us

Position Summary:

 The Banking Services Specialist will administer and support all core banking operations on the CIF 20/20 system and the Q2 Online Banking system as well as any ancillary products used in conjunction with these systems.  This position will provide the first line of support to bank employees for the CIF 20/20 system.  Incumbent will be responsible for supporting the implementation of new products and technologies as necessary.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Administer and support of core banking system

·         Administer and support of online banking system (may include working directly with bank customer for issues with ACH files, Quicken or Quickbook

·         Administer user ID’s in core banking system and ancillary systems

·         Serve as backup for core night operations

 

Required Skills/ Qualifications:

·         High school diploma or equivalent education

·         Minimum of two(2) years experience processing daily operations on an iSeries (AS/400) based core banking system Required.

·         Prior experience supporting an online banking system a plus

·         Ability to meet deadlines

·         Ability to learn new technologies, software and additional tasks quickly

·         Flexible schedule required

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary

Equipment used to perform this position:

·         Laptop/PC/Thin Client/AS 400 Console terminal-100%

Working conditions:

·         Server room temperature set at 60 degrees with 50% humidity but most work will be completed in an office/cubicle environment.  Light travel may be required.
