Banking – SME – Credit Approver (Medium Enterprises) recruitment
Key Roles Responsibilities
Support good asset growth within prescribed group policy and risk appetite through exercising of sound credit judgment;
Control LI per budget;
Drive productivity and approval quality;
Provide ongoing coaching to approvers and RMs;
Liaison with CRM team to provide feedbacks on necessary policy refinements;
Qualifications Skills
University graduate with concrete commercial lending experience;
Previous credit approval experience a plus;
Able to communicate at all levels;
Strong leadership to lead and coach;
Have a strong aspiration to progress further and work under pressure.
