Banking Tax Manager – THIS IS A MUST READ… recruitment
My client are looking to recruit a tax specialist in order to manage the process of tax sign off on statutory accounts and submissions of tax returns for a large number of sophisticated entities. Additional exposure will be given to the management of CFC returns, income and capital loss positions, liquidity projects and year end reporting.
Professionals that are currently working within a Public Practice environment advising on the following areas are encouraged to apply in addition to interested parties currently working in a similar in-house banking environment: International Tax, Controlled Foreign Companies, Derivative Contracts and Loan Relationships. Anti-avoidance knowledge relating to these and other relevant areas, topics and case law is also preferred.
