Banking Team Leader
My client is recruiting a Finance Team Leader to join their dynamic organisation in their Swansea office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the finance team and duties include: -
· Strong understanding of bank reconciliations, journals, debits and credits.
· Monitoring statements, cashbook reconciliation, posting cashbook entries
· Completing performance reviews, appraisals and maintaining development plans for team members
· Maintaining relationships within the team and internal departments
The ideal candidate will be Qualified or Part Qualified AAT / ACCA/ CIMA and must have staff management experience with strong people management skills.
