Bankruptcy / Personal Insolvency – Senior. $72 – 60K Job in 2300, New South Wales Australia
- Expect to manage approximately 84 to 100 files
- Firm operates around 100 per cent recovery of assets for all creditors
- High level files involving dual bankruptcy, complex court proceedings and numerous assets
- Liaising with solicitors and barristers regarding the bankruptcy, such as recovery of assets, litigation and updating as to where the bankruptcy is at.
- Undertake extensive investigations
Well regarded specialist firm with one of Newcastle's largest corporate and personal insolvency teams. Culture will suit a young and dynamic Practitioner that is looking to join a major firm, progress through their CA / CPA studies and achieve Manager grade in the mid-term (3 years). The firm has a lot of inspiring young senior staff (Partners and Senior Managers).
You will have at least two years personal insolvency experience with a Chartered Accounting firm or the Insolvency Trustee Services Australia.
