Banks & CCP Credit Analyst
Our client, a leading global investment bank, currently seeks a Banks CCP Credit Analyst - VP, to be based in London
The Banks CCP Credit Analyst - VP will be responsible for:
Monitoring and manage credit risks associated with a portfolio of Banks and Central Counterparties predominantly in the EMEA region, focusing on Fixed Income products
Interacting with front office including Sales Trading for purposes of responding to trading requests and general support in delivering credit/risk management support
On-going sector and portfolio coverage including generating periodic reviews and other reporting / regulatory related materials
As such, the successful Banks CCP Credit Analyst - VP will have the following skills and experience:
Strong analytical skills, particularly related to fundamental research for Banks and/or Central Counterparties
Superior written and verbal communication skills; quantitative orientation; ability to manage dynamic priorities
Experience in traded products and the credit approval process. The candidate should be familiar with dealing with traders, sales coverage, derivative documentation and a general familiarity with the back office functions. Some exposure to lending would be beneficial
Working knowledge in a foreign language would be an advantage but by no means essential.
The successful candidate is likely to come from a large or mid sized investment bank
