BA/PM recruitment

Top Tier 1 Investment Bank is keen to bring on board an experienced BA/PM to participate in and manage a broad portfolio of projects, ranging from multi-year program to replace strategic product system, rolling out new products, building out new branches, to ongoing finance process improvement.

We are looking for a BA/PM to join on a temporary basis to work on a variety of projects.

Key Priorities:

You will understand the Finance business requirements, assist with the development of functional specifications (working closely with Finance SMEs), and work with our technology partners.

You will also build and maintain a close working relationship with the Project core team, Program team, Regional finance team and Global Finance Technology partners.

Be engaged in all phases of the project life cycle from inception to testing to implementation and ensure success and accuracy throughout

Analysis

• Understand and document business requirements

• Prepare/review functional specifications

• Assist with reference data set-up and analysis (e.g. mapping)

• Understand how the project fits into the overall wider program

• Consider any dependencies with other projects and impacts

Testing

• Work with Project Mgr / test lead to document test plans, test scripts and test data, ensuring traceability from business requirements and operating model

• Ensure defects and issues are resolved and closed before go-live

• Use appropriate tools (e.g. Quality centre) to track defects and manage resolution

General

• Utilise MS Office skills to support the project team deliverables e.g. preparing and updating project plan, tracking risks and issues.

• Track milestone and dependencies across workstreams

• Assist with completion of status reports through CHIP (reporting tool)

•  Ensure knowledge management site (livelink) is kept up to date with relevant project documentation
