What you'll give our customers as a Barclays Business Manager
You'll develop and manage your own portfolio of clients, holding regular meetings to establish their current and future financial needs. You'll then recommend a mix of products and services that will prove profitable for Barclays and helpful to the client. That will often mean calling on the expertise of your specialist colleagues, who in turn will rely on your support as part of an integrated, collaborative branch team.

What you'll need as a Barclays Business Manager
The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need sales experience in a customer-facing role and a high degree of IT literacy. We'll also be looking for outstanding relationship management skills, a passion for service excellence and a keen eye for sales opportunities, as well as extensive experience in the financial services market.
