Basel 3 (Risk) Business Analyst / Project Manager recruitment
As part of the global Basel 3 Risk IMM programme, our client has a requirement for a strong delivery focused Basel 3 / CRD4 subject matter expert business analyst, with project management experience, to perform the business analysis activities in a number of the key workstreams.
Reporting to the EMEA Credit Risk Programme Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, through detailed analysis and documentation of business and regulatory requirements, the development of appropriate solutions for key activities relating to the UK FSA CRD4 / Basel 3 IMM Waiver Compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with the Credit Risk Management (CRM), Operations, Finance and IT teams to support the global programme.
Key responsibilities will include;
• Support the planning and execution of key deliverables for the UK FSA and Japanese FSA CRD4 / Basel 3 compliance activities
• Work with the key stakeholders to ensure all requirements are clearly understood and appropriate, clear solutions are designed, documented and implemented
• Contribute to the global Basel 3 (Risk) IMM project status reporting
• Support the management of issues, risks, dependencies
• Develop “best practice” analysis documentation standards to clearly define and communicate the business requirements and design implementation of the most appropriate solutions to meet those requirements
• For relevant workstreams, define test cases and support the testing activities prior to implementation
• Support the management of the communication process, including internal external marketing, stakeholder requirements, tools and team information needs
Successful applicants will have experience of business analysis in regulatory compliance projects, focussing on Basel 3 / CRD4 IMM projects.
