Basel II & Regulatory Reporting Programme Director recruitment
This is a pivotal strategic hire for the UK business as you will play a leading role in driving the organisation towards Basel II advanced accreditation as well as improving the governance applied to the production of regulatory reporting.
Working closely with the Head of Financial Services Operations you will design, develop and implement strategies and a supporting programme of activities to deliver the overarching UK Finance strategy specifically for Basel II (Advanced) and for the automation of Regulatory Reporting Liquidity Risk Reporting.
A forward thinking professional, you will you will have the drive and ability to challenge processes and work closely with key business stakeholders to deliver on the Enterprise Finance Agenda and the UK's strategic priorities. You will also have superior problem solving skills, a high level of attention to detail combined a positive attitude to ensure objectives are met. A good understanding of complex transactions is essential as is previous experience of taking personal responsibility for meeting external deadlines.
