Basel III/ CRD IV/ COREP Change Management recruitment

•Working to agree a consistent approach to gap closure plans with defined roles and responsibilities across the projects, and to maintain consistent project MI demonstrating progress. 

•Contributing to the analysis of future COREP publications, agreeing and documenting business requirements arising, agreeing interpretations with expert functions.

•Identifying data sources for new reporting parameters for existing trade populations, creating, agreeing and testing operating models to collate and report data on an ongoing basis.

•Assessment and documentation of the business requirements and functional specifications, document system requirements, data sets and necessary granularity of data. Engage IT for technical specifications to be completed and to make relevant system enhancements, including a detailed assessment of alternative prospective solutions.

The candidate will have structured project management experience using a recognised methodology (e.g. PRINCE 2) as well as an analysis background. T

he candidate should have extensive experience working on Finance and Regulatory projects delivering solutions across the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Regulatory change, and an excellent knowledge of Basel 2 Standardised and Advanced Internal Ratings Based approaches.

An accounting qualification is required

Once the COREP Project has been delivered, the candidate will have options to pursue other opportunities in this area and/or in the wider Finance Change function.
