The Manager for Wholesale Credit Model Delivery leads a highly skilled team and is responsible for the management and delivery of multiple, highly complex wholesale credit modelling and methodology projects. Stakeholder management and engagement is crucial to the delivery of projects at this level along with engaging with members of the modelling governance community. This is seen as a growing trusted advisor by all stakeholders due to their subject matter expertise and ability to deliver.
The following key skills and experience is required:
- Tertiary qualifications in a quantitative discipline. Eg Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics. Mathematics etc
- Subject matter expert in the development of Wholesale Credit Models(PD, LGD EAD)
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication (written oral) and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, numerical, research and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability in relationship building and networking skills
- Well developed negotiation and influencing skills
- Pro-actively identifies continuous improvement opportunities
