As a SRR, you are the face of Club Assist. You deal with the contractors on your routes in person. They rely on you to replenish their inventory and rotate their stock. You make sure they have fresh batteries on hand when members need them. In the process, you’re also a salesperson who keeps customer service foremost in your mind.
