Role Mandate:
The Regional Merchandise Presentation Manager (RMPM) is responsible for creating visual impact to provide customer excitement and interest. The RMPM works closely with the visual teams, merchants, vendor partners, store managers, marketing managers, store associates, Human Resources Manager and other teams as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for ensuring that product assortments are positioned to support the merchant strategy and are presented according to merchandising guidelines.
• Responsible for placement, merchandising and maintenance visual presentation.
• Responsible for the accuracy, efficiency and integrity of company operating policies.
• Actively participates in training programs and initiatives for team development.
• Works closely with home office and stores to implement and maintain a consistent fashion forward environment in all stores.
Qualifications:
• Degree or college diploma (retail merchandising or related program)
• 5 – 7 years experience in a retail environment (asset)
• 3 – 5 years working knowledge of visual merchandising and display
• Dynamic, high energy individual
• Excellent leadership skills
• Has a keen sense of fashion and trends
• Great time management skills
• Organized and able to multitask
